Job summary

Intrepid Travel in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking an on-site Operations Coordinator to manage daily warehouse and facilities tasks. You will organize gear, maintain inventory, and ensure equipment meets company standards to support adventure travel experiences.

The role includes assisting with new-hire training, restocking first-aid kits, managing food inventory, and processing receipts for the Deputy Operations Manager. Full-time, weekends/holidays required.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Drive apps and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and able to meet DOT driving requirements.
  • Background check required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage warehouse and facilities, organize gear, and maintain inventory to company standards.
  • Oversee cleanliness of warehouse and assist with food inventory and bulk purchases.
  • Support new-hire training and manage gear and vehicle status logs.
  • Handle company credit card receipts and contribute to miscellaneous tasks as directed by the DOM.
  • Assist with gear repair, restocking first-aid kits, and general upkeep.

TheOperationsCoordinator supports the company’s mission by managing daily operations under the direction of the Deputy Operations Manager (DOM). This role focuses on warehouse and facility management, including organizing gear,maintaininginventory, and ensuring that equipment and vehicles meet company standards. TheOperationsCoordinator also manages the cleanliness of the warehouse, handles food inventory, and supports new-hire training as needed.

TheOperationsCoordinatoris responsible forrestocking first-aid kits, repairing gear, andmaintaininglogs of gear and vehicle statuses. They oversee facility maintenance, including laundry and general upkeep, andassistwith bulk food purchases and deliveries. Additionally, they manage a company credit card andsubmitreceipts while taking onadditionaltasks as directed by the DOM.

This job isonsite in Flagstaff, AZ, and is afull-time, permanent role. A willingness tomaintaina flexible schedule and work weekends and/or holidays is necessary. The salary range for this position is$18.00–$22.00 USD per hour, depending on experience, with excellentperksand benefits.

  • This position requires ability tofrequentlylift, push and pull weights up to fifty (50) lbs, as well as frequent bending, stooping, and squatting over the course of a full work shift. Duties require fine manual dexterity to perform basic tasks.
  • At least 21 years of age and physical capability to meet company and DOT driving requirements
  • Must pass a background check
