Job summary

EY’s Government Contract Services (GCS) team helps clients navigate the lifecycle of U.S. Government contracts and grants. As a Manager, you will lead engagements, supervise teams, analyze data, and craft practical recommendations that improve pricing, cost accounting, and compliance programs.

You will work on prevailing wage compliance, audits, and process improvements across FAR/CAS/DFARS and related regulations, while developing client relationships and coaching teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, law, finance, business or related field.
• 5 to 8 years’ relevant work experience.
• At least one professional designation such as CPA, CFE, CFA.
• Deep knowledge of FAR, CAS, DFARS, 2 CFR 200 and related labor standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support client engagements across the government contracting lifecycle.
• Manage workstreams, supervise teams, analyze data, and develop practical recommendations.
• Assess compliance risks, respond to government audits, and strengthen controls.
• Develop compliant cost accounting structures and improve pricing, billing and procurement processes.
