EY's Government Contract Services (GCS) team helps organizations navigate the lifecycle of U.S. Government contracts and grants, delivering advisory and compliance support from pricing to audit readiness.

As a Manager in GCS, you will lead engagements, supervise teams of 2–10, analyze complex data, and develop practical recommendations that strengthen controls and cost accounting, while ensuring adherence to FAR, CAS and related standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, law, finance, business or related field.
• 5 to 8 years’ relevant work experience.
• Possess at least one professional designation (CPA, CFE, CFA).
• In depth knowledge of U.S. federal regulatory requirements (FAR, CAS, DFARS, 2 CFR 200).
• Experience communicating complex regulatory concepts to varied audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support client engagements in the government contracting lifecycle.
• Manage workstreams, supervise team members, and analyze financial data.
• Develop compliant cost accounting structures and pricing/billing processes.
• Respond to government audits and assist with remediation and documentation.
