Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead engagements across finance, HR, supply chain, procurement and technology. You will guide cross-functional teams, shape operating models, and deliver value through transformation programs for domestic and multinational clients.

You will also contribute to go-to-market strategy, thought leadership, and talent development while mentoring teams and driving performance improvements across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with several years of advisory experience in finance functions.
• Experience managing large-scale Finance Transformation initiatives and ERP implementations preferred.
• Strong leadership, client management and business development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver client engagements at executive levels across GBS transformation initiatives.
• Sell, deliver, and manage GBS transformation projects including automation, analytics, and workflow tech.
• Develop sector-specific GBS offerings and reusable transformation assets; contribute to proposals and market-facing initiatives.
• Mentor teams, manage engagement economics, and oversee risk and quality of deliverables.
• Drive cross-functional delivery across finance, HR, IT, procurement, and supply chain.
