Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies, delivering GBS strategy, operating model design, and performance improvement. Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and approximately 6 years of related work experience; or a master's degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience
• Approximately 5 years of advisory services in the finance function focused in at least one of: finance operating model design, performance management, shared services design and implementations, outsourcing advisory
• Experience in managing large-scale Finance Transformation and/or ERP implementations preferred
• Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies focused on GBS strategy and operating model design
• Guide cross-functional teams and collaborate with C-suite stakeholders
• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects in areas such as GBS strategy, operating model design, and analytics
• Develop sector-specific GBS offerings and reusable transformation assets
• Mentor and coach team members, support recruitment and capability building
