Job summary

EY's Global Business Services group is seeking a Senior Manager to lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies, focusing on GBS strategy, operating model design, transformation, and performance improvement.

You will guide cross-functional teams, collaborate with C-suite stakeholders, and contribute to practice development, go-to-market strategies and thought leadership, with opportunities to shape enterprise-wide operating models and drive value across finance, HR, IT,

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and approximately 6 years of related work experience; or a master's degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in providing advisory services in the finance function focused in at least one of the following areas; finance operating model design, performance management, shared services design and implementations, outsourcing advisory
• Experience in managing large-scale Finance Transformation and/or ERP implementations preferred
• Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and large multi-national companies, focused on GBS strategy, operating model design, transformation, and performance improvement.
• Guide cross-functional teams, collaborate with C-suite stakeholders, and bring deep expertise across shared services, outsourcing, process optimization, enterprise digital capabilities, and global delivery models.
• Play a key role in practice development—contributing to go-to-market strategy, thought leadership, sector-oriented offerings, and talent development.
• Transmit industry trends, benchmarks, and regulatory dynamics into actionable GBS recommendations.
• Manage day-to-day project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
