Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead client engagements and shape operating models for large, multinational organizations. The role focuses on GBS strategy, design of end-state models, and performance improvements across multiple functions, including finance and procurement.

You will guide cross-functional teams, drive transformation programs, and contribute to market-facing initiatives, thought leadership, and talent development in a global services context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience.
• Experience in advisory services in the finance function including operating model design, performance management, shared services, and outsourcing advisory.
• Experience leading large-scale Finance Transformation and ERP implementations preferred.
• Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies focusing on GBS strategy, operating model design, transformation, and performance improvement.
• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects across finance, HR, IT, procurement, and supply chain.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as a liaison with C-suite stakeholders to drive value.
