Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies, focusing on GBS strategy, operating model design, and performance improvement. You will guide cross-functional teams, collaborate with C-suite stakeholders, and drive large-scale transformation programs in finance, HR, IT, procurement, and supply chain.

You will also contribute to practice development, go-to-market strategy, thought leadership, and talent development,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with about 6 years of related work experience; master's degree with ~5 years acceptable.
Experience advising on finance function transformations, shared services, outsourcing advisory.
Experience leading large finance transformation/ERP programs and managing teams.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies focused on GBS strategy and operating models.
Guide cross-functional teams and C-suite stakeholders to deliver GBS transformation projects.
Develop sector-specific GBS offerings and reusable transformation assets.
Mentor and coach team members and support recruitment and capability building.
