Job summary

EY seeks a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead client engagements and transform operating models across finance, HR, supply chain, procurement, and technology. You will guide cross-functional teams, engage with executives, and shape large-scale GBS programs for domestic and multinational clients.

You’ll contribute to go-to-market strategy, thought leadership, and talent development while working in EY’s collaborative, hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects.
• Design end-state GBS models across Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Develop sector-specific GBS offerings and reusable assets.
• Mentor and coach team members; support recruitment and capability building.
