Job summary

Baker Tilly’s Managed Services Advisory team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead finance and operations transformations for global clients. You will design end-state GBS and operating models across Finance, HR, IT, and more, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

You will guide assessments, design, transitions, and steady-state operations, mentor teams, and drive data-driven insights using Power BI, Tableau, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS or related field; CPA/CFA preferred.
• 8+ years in finance transformation or management consulting with leadership.
• Experience advising on GBS, shared services, outsourcing and TO‑MO design.

Responsibilities

• Design end‑state GBS and operating models across Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain and Customer Operations.
• Lead large transformation programs, integrating automation, analytics, AI and RPA.
• Develop dashboards and reporting using Power BI, Tableau, SQL and Alteryx.
