Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and approximately 6 years of related work experience; or a master's degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience.
• 5 years of advisory services experience in finance function design, performance management, shared services, or outsourcing advisory.
• Experience leading large-scale Finance Transformation or ERP implementations preferred.
• Experience leading teams, managing engagements and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies focused on GBS strategy and operating model design.
• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects and cross-functional service management frameworks.
• Mentor and coach team members and contribute to recruitment and capability building.
• Develop sector-specific GBS and outsourcing advisory offerings and reusable transformation assets.
• Produce perspectives and insights on emerging GBS trends and industry-focused offerings.
