You will guide cross‑functional teams through assessments, design, transitions, and steady-state operations, delivering value through modern operating models and data‑driven insights.

Lead client engagements from workshops to execution, mentor teams, and contribute to practice growth with a focus on analytics, automation, and scalable finance solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS or related field; CPA/CFA preferred.
• Eight+ years in finance transformation, GBS, or management consulting.
• Expertise in global operating models, BPO, and transition management.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Global Business Services and operating models across Finance, HR, IT, and more.
• Lead multi-process transformation programs with automation, AI, and analytics.
• Develop roadmaps aligned to enterprise strategy and business outcomes.
• Manage transitions, migrations, and readiness across global networks.
• Mentor junior team members and support growth of the practice.
