Job summary

UL Solutions seeks the Vice President, Global Business Services to lead a large, globally distributed organization spanning end-to-end service towers, centers of excellence, and digital transformation initiatives. This senior role partners with CFO and business leaders to drive value, governance, and scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of executive leadership in large-scale global operations, shared services, or GBS.
• Experience transforming shared services into integrated GBS with governance and value realization.
• Ability to advise and influence C-suite leaders and boards.
• Proven end-to-end responsibility across finance, payroll, master data, and support functions.
• Strong commercial and operational acumen with cost and capital management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise executive accountable for GBS strategy, operating model, and value delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end processes: O2C, I2P, payroll, customer care, and data enablement.
• Sponsor a portfolio of transformation initiatives including automation, AI, and data programs.
• Partner with CFO and leaders to align enterprise priorities and deliver scalable solutions.
• Shape global delivery footprint, governance, and centers of excellence.
