Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Safety & Security teammate to protect associates, customers, and vehicle throughput at our location. You will patrol the gate and yard, monitor security systems, and enforce safety protocols in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while collaborating with Inspection Center and Logistics teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service environment.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Able to build relationships quickly in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a service-first mindset at the gate and on-site.
• Be the face of Carvana at the gate for associates, vendors, and visitors.
• Monitor live cameras and investigate alerts using the Unified Security Platform.
• Execute ingress/egress procedures and enforce safety protocols.
