Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Safety & Secure team member to support open availability in a boots-on-ground role. You’ll protect associates and vehicles, monitor site safety, and drive incident-prevention through audits and reliable reporting.

The role requires 1–2 years of customer service experience, sharp communication, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time hourly position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
