Job summary

Carvana's Safe & Secure team keeps the site open, safe, and moving through all weather and shifts. This boots-on-the-ground role covers gate duties, vehicle movement, safety audits, and rapid response in emergencies, with the SAS App and RFID tech guiding daily decisions.

You’ll work at the gate and on the lot, building relationships, communicating clearly, and upholding Carvana's safety-first standards while delivering dependable service to associates, vendors, and visitors.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build strong working relationships and connect with people quickly.
• Ability to organize, plan, and execute multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a service-first mindset in every interaction.
• Be the face of Carvana at the gate for associates, vendors, and visitors.
• Use safety audits and RFID tech to monitor site and enforce procedures.
• Run point at the gate and manage vehicle movement through entry/exit.
