Carvana is seeking a safety-conscious on-site team member for the Safe & Secure team in New York. The role focuses on protecting associates, customers, and vehicles through daily gate presence, safety audits, and incident prevention.

You will operate in all weather, respond to emergencies, and work with cross-functional teams to keep the site open and secure. We value 1–2 years in customer service, clear communication, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• A track record of solid decision-making in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to build strong working relationships quickly.
• Ability to organize, plan, and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to handle conflict in a positive way.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a service-first mindset in every interaction.
• Be the face of Carvana at the gate for associates, vendors, and visitors.
• Monitor live cameras and investigate alerts using the Safe & Secure App and RFID tech.
• Run safety audits and restock supplies to keep the site operating smoothly.
• Be trained and certified in first aid, CPR, and AED and use them when needed.
• Support snow removal and heat-safety protocols to keep the site open.
