Piedmont Airlines is seeking a motivated Customer Service Gate Agent to join our Ground Handling Department. The role focuses on assisting passengers with boarding, monitoring boarding processes, and helping customers with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking.
• Monitor computerized passenger boarding.
• Assist customers with special needs including wheelchairs.
• Change itineraries and seat assignments as required.
• Operate the Jetway.
• Deliver excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives.
