Piedmont Airlines is seeking a motivated Customer Service Gate Agent in the Ground Handling Department to assist passengers with boarding, manage special needs, and adjust itineraries. The role requires lifting up to 70 pounds and working all shifts, with training provided.

Starting at $17.65 per hour, the position offers holiday pay, 401(k), vacation, and family travel on the American Airlines network. Employment is contingent on background checks and a valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights.
• Monitor computerized passenger boarding.
• Assist customers with special needs, including arranging for wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors.
• Change customer flight itinerary and seat assignments as required.
• Operate the Jetway.
• Work as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives.
