Job summary

Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is seeking a motivated Gate Agent in the Ground Handling Department to assist passengers with boarding and to monitor boarding processes. The role requires the ability to lift up to 70 pounds and to work all shifts, including nights and weekends.

You will help passengers with special needs, rebook itineraries, and ensure top-level service while complying with safety and training requirements. Starting pay is $16.80 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights.
• Monitor computerized passenger boarding.
• Assist customers with special needs, including arranging for wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors.
• Change customer flight itinerary and seat assignments as required.
• Operate the Jetway.
• Work as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives.
