Job summary

Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is seeking a motivated, reliable professional to join our Ground Handling department as a Customer Service Gate Agent.

The role involves assisting passengers with boarding, monitoring computerized boarding, and helping customers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors and wheelchair access. The successful candidate must complete the Gate Agent training course, lift up to 70 pounds, and work all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights
• Monitor computerized passenger boarding
• Assist customers with special needs, including arranging for wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors
• Change customer flight itinerary and seat assignments as required
• Operate the Jetway
• Work as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives
