AbbVie is seeking a Specialty Representative in Gastroenterology for the North Manhattan, NY area. This field-based role focuses on delivering sales performance, building strong relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals, and executing brand strategy within the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in health or sciences, 5+ years in pharma with 3+ years in sales, and proven success in medical sales.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required
• At least five years of experience in pharmaceutical/health/science industry with 3+ years in sales
• Proven track record of success in selling and solid presentation skills
• Influences others and is viewed as a credible and respected role model in a matrix organization
• Must satisfy HCIR credentialing requirements including background checks, etc.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Responsabilidades

• Deliver sales performance, meet KPIs and marketing objectives.
• Create pre-call plans using SMART objectives and evaluate calls to improve performance.
• Build trusted customer relationships and achieve win-win agreements.
• Develop and execute a call plan to maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Share market intelligence with in-field team, brand team and sales manager to align strategy.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition and manage disease state experts and speakers.
