Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families, provide prompt, caring responses.
• Perform visit preparation, co-pay collection, patient tracking and other duties as assigned.
• Schedule patient visits or diagnostic testing using hospital procedures.
• Manage third-party payors and collection of co-pays.
• Maintain front desk inventory and support general office duties.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and smooth department operation.
