The role supports SBU Sales Leaders, Sales, Corporate Marketing and Customer Service to improve customer satisfaction with MTG products and services. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with sales campaigns or outbound calling is a plus.
• Ability to learn product/transaction systems.

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to schedule sales appointments and follow up.
• Provide quotes or complete the sale, if campaign appropriate to directly gain new business.
• Assist in warehouse shipping/receiving and stocking.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and organize merchandise.
• Identify leads and manage pre-qualification with sales and marketing.
• Back up inbound customer service as needed.
• Comply with all DOT/OSHA regulations and safety rules.
