Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to schedule appointments for sales and follow up on satisfaction.
• Provide quotes or complete sales to gain new business when campaign applies.
• Identify problem areas and relay opportunities to the appropriate teams.
• Restock and merchandize store shelves and maintain order.
• Handle product requests, pricing and technical information.
• Assist in warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, and inventory stocking.
• Back up inbound customer service as needed.
• Ensure DOT/OSHA safety rules are followed.
