Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to schedule sales appointments and follow up on commitments.
• Provide quotes and complete sales when campaigns warrant a direct sale.
• Assess customer satisfaction and gather insights to address concerns.
• Coordinate with SBU Sales Leaders, Sales, Corporate Marketing and Customer Service.
• Restock showroom and arrange stock on shelves; keep displays tidy.
• Identify leads and manage pre-qualification with sales and marketing.
• Track outcomes of outbound campaigns and report results.
• Back up inbound customer service as needed and follow safety rules.
