Job summary

Responsibilities

Place outbound calls to schedule sales appointments and follow up on commitments.
Provide quotes and complete sales when campaigns warrant a direct sale.
Assess customer satisfaction and gather insights to address concerns.
Coordinate with SBU Sales Leaders, Sales, Corporate Marketing and Customer Service.
Restock showroom and arrange stock on shelves; keep displays tidy.
Identify leads and manage pre-qualification with sales and marketing.
Track outcomes of outbound campaigns and report results.
Back up inbound customer service as needed and follow safety rules.
