Qualifications

• 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written).
• Strong guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board license if required.

Responsibilities

• Execute basic food preparation and storage tasks.
• Assist with garde manger duties and cooking in assigned outlet.
• Read and follow menus as directed by Chef or Sous Chef.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
