Job summary

SP+ is seeking a facility maintenance associate in Seattle to perform cleaning, upkeep, and basic repairs in a busy garage environment. You will interact with customers, monitor equipment, and report issues to the Facility Manager. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and exposure to electrical or painting tasks may be needed.

Ability to work varying shifts is a plus. The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and dependable teamwork as you support operations across locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; facility maintenance, electrical and/or painting experience may be needed.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per checklists to keep the facility clean and safe.
• Inspect gates, ticket spitters, and safety equipment for proper operation daily.
• Assist customers inside the facility and resolve complaints with supervisor help as needed.
• Maintain inventories and report repairs or supply needs to the Facility Manager.
• Shift work including potential 3rd shift or weekends as required.
