Job summary

SP+ in Portland, ME, seeks a maintenance-focused team member to support facility upkeep and customer service. You will perform cleaning, minor repairs, and safety checks while assisting customers and ensuring a clean, safe garage environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma and a valid driver's license, with potential 3rd shift/weekend work. Join a large, nationwide parking network and grow with our growing operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; may have facility maintenance experience.
• Valid state driver's license with a good driving record.
• Availability for 3rd shift and/or weekends where required.
• Able to read, write, and interpret English well.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per checklists and supervisor instructions.
• Walk the garage daily to identify and correct maintenance issues.
• Maintain cleanliness around entrances, exits, and offices.
• Replace bulbs and report repairs; assist with snow removal as needed.
• Assist customers and resolve complaints with supervisor support when needed.
• Maintain uniform appearance and be ready for varied duties including cashier/attendant.
