Job summary

SP+ Corporation in Dallas is seeking a maintenance-oriented team member to manage facility upkeep and customer interaction. You will perform cleaning, repairs, and basic maintenance tasks across garage areas, while ensuring a clean, safe environment for customers and employees.

Responsibilities include daily garage walks, reporting repairs, stocking supplies, and assisting customers. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required; 3rd shift and weekend availability may be

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or combination of experience and education.
• May require facility maintenance, electrical and/or painting experience depending on assignment.
• Valid state-issued driver's license with acceptable driving record when driving company vehicles.
• Availability to work 3rd shift and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the facility clean and safe.
• Walk garage daily to identify and fix maintenance issues.
• Sweep and clean entrances, exits, rails, and office areas.
• Empty trash, repaint surfaces, and replace burned-out bulbs.
• Operate basic equipment like sweepers and scrubbers as needed.
• Assist customers and resolve complaints with guidance from supervisor.
