Job summary

SP+ is seeking a facility maintenance associate to perform cleaning, painting, and basic repair tasks across the garage and office areas. The role involves daily walkthroughs, operating basic equipment, and assisting customers with service needs.

Prior experience is preferred but not required; strong reliability and ability to work with minimal supervision are essential. The position requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work in varying weather

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; experience in facility maintenance a plus.
• May require basic maintenance, painting, or related skills depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per checklists to keep the facility clean and safe.
• Walk the garage daily to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Paint surfaces and replace bulbs as directed to maintain appearance and safety.
• Submit repair requests and report safety concerns to the Facility Manager.
• Operate basic equipment and assist with routine janitorial duties as needed.
