Job summary

SP+ is seeking a dependable Facilities/Maintenance Associate to perform cleaning and basic upkeep of the garage and office areas. You will assist customers and coordinate with the Facility Manager on repairs and housekeeping tasks.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with a valid driver's license if driving a company vehicle. Shift variations may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• May require facility maintenance, electrical and/or painting experience depending on assignment.
• Valid state driver's license if operating company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per checklists to keep areas clean and safe.
• Walk garage daily to identify maintenance issues and report them.
• Sweep, clean entrances, exits, and offices; empty trash; maintain surfaces.
• Paint surfaces as directed; replace bulbs; manage oil spills.
• Inspect gate arms and ticket systems; assist customers as needed.
• Maintain supplies inventory and report repairs or needs.
