Job summary

SP+ in Baltimore is hiring for a maintenance/cleaning role with strong customer service expectations. The position involves facility upkeep, safety checks, and assisting customers within the garage and office areas.

You will work under supervision, potentially covering multiple duties as needed, while upholding a neat appearance and reliable attendance. Required is a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid driver's license; prior maintenance or painting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or combination of experience and education.
• Facility maintenance, electrical and/or painting experience may be required.
• Driver's license with valid address and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per checklists to keep the facility neat and safe.
• Walk the garage daily to identify and fix maintenance problems.
• Sweep entrances, exits, rails and offices; empty trashcans and tidy areas.
• Paint surfaces as directed to maintain a clean appearance.
• Replace burned out bulbs and manage minor repairs with supervision.
• Submit repair requests and monitor safety items like gate arms.
• Assist customers and resolve complaints with the supervisor's guidance.
