Job summary

SP+ is seeking a facility maintenance-focused team member for our Houston locations. You’ll perform cleaning, maintenance, and basic repairs while ensuring a clean, safe environment for customers and staff.

The role emphasizes reliable, hard-working individuals who can work with minimal supervision, handle shift variations (including weekends), and communicate effectively in English. Prior facilities experience is a plus, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; may require facility maintenance, electrical or painting experience.
• Valid state-issued driver's license with acceptable driving record if driving company vehicle.
• Availability for special shifts, including 3rd shift and weekends.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the facility clean and safe.
• Walk garage daily to identify maintenance issues and fix them.
• Operate cleaning equipment and report repairs to the Facility Manager.
• Assist customers and resolve complaints with supervisor support.
• Maintain inventory of janitorial supplies and keep records.
