Job summary

SP+ is seeking a facility maintenance associate to support cleaning, repairs, and customer interactions at the Sacramento location. The role involves routine upkeep, safety checks, painting, and light repairs under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or a combination of experience and education.
• May require facility maintenance, electrical and/or painting experience depending on the assignment.
• Able to follow safety procedures and maintain clean, orderly work areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the facility clean and safe.
• Walk garage daily to note and correct maintenance issues.
• Paint surfaces and replace bulbs as directed to maintain appearance.
• Submit repair requests and assist with customer inquiries as needed.
• Maintain inventory and operate basic machinery and equipment.
