Qualifications

• Experience with garage doors, HVAC, plumbing, or similar trades preferred.
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar scheduling software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician routes.
• Dispatch technicians balancing priority and efficiency.
• Communicate appointment updates and arrival times.
• Create and maintain accurate customer records.
• Identify opportunities for additional services when appropriate.
