Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
• Deal directly with customers either by phone or electronically.
• Respond to and resolve customer issues with timely follow-up.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments and dispatch technicians as needed.
• Schedule door estimates and manage customer expectations.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, problem solving and documentation skills.
• Cross-train in other areas as needed.
