Job summary

Windsor America’s Eco Garage Door Services is seeking a Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator in Manchaca, TX. You’ll be the main link between customers and field technicians, answering calls, booking appointments, and managing daily schedules.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, call center, dispatching, or scheduling.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence on the phone, including making outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Turn inbound calls into booked appointments
• Recommend repairs, maintenance plans, and installation services based on customer needs
• Coordinate with technicians to keep schedules efficient and customers informed
• Keep customer information, service notes, estimates, and payment records accurate
