Argo Group seeks a highly capable Garage Bodily Injury Senior Claims Adjuster to join the team and work from our Omaha office. This role adjudicates auto bodily injury claims and contributes to delivering superb results for clients.

It is a 100% in-office position requiring on-site presence during standard business hours. The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years’ experience adjudicating general liability bodily injury claims, a bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills to build

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of five years’ experience adjudicating general liability bodily injury claims.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required.
• Two or more insurance designations or four additional years of related experience may substitute for a degree.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of how an insurance company works.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships.

Aufgaben

• Adjudicate highly complex General Liability Bodily Injury claims within broad authority.
• Analyze claims forms, policies, endorsements and instructions to determine coverage.
• Investigate claims promptly, including interviewing involved parties.
• Manage claims in litigation and coordinate expert resources as needed.
• Prepare reports for file documentation and communicate trends to management.
• Negotiate settlements and ensure proper claim reserves.
