Puttshack is seeking an Electronic Game Support / Maintenance Technician to uphold the reliability of our game technology and ensure a safe, engaging guest experience. The role involves troubleshooting, repairs, and precise reporting while collaborating with the venue team to keep the courses running smoothly.

This position demands hands-on electronics and mechanical skills, the ability to read schematics, and a commitment to guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in technical support or maintenance.
• Proficient with computer systems, technology and PC hardware installations
• Ability to learn unique software and hardware systems that support the game.
• Familiarity with technical documentation; ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams
• Familiarity with electronic circuitry and testing equipment
• Skilled in practical application of electronics and mechanics.
• Experience with using hand tools and small power tools
• Possess a guest focused mind set; provide an exceptional experience
• Ability to effectively communicate with management, peers, and guests
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to multi task

Responsibilities

• Maintain the functionality of game technology and ensure safety.
• Troubleshoot and repair game components; report issues promptly.
• Collaborate with venue team to keep courses operating smoothly.
• Read schematics and wiring diagrams to diagnose faults.
• Assist with post-offer background checks and safety compliance.
