Light & Wonder is seeking a Business Development Manager for the North American Systems team. The role focuses on identifying, developing, and closing new revenue opportunities across hardware, software, services, and recurring-revenue solutions.

The candidate will travel extensively, build executive relationships, and navigate complex sales cycles from discovery to contract execution while representing market insight to internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, hospitality, gaming, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in enterprise business development or new-logo acquisition.
• Proven success originating and closing opportunities rather than maintaining an existing base.
• Experience managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to establish credibility with senior executives, procurement, and technology stakeholders.
• Strong commercial judgment, negotiation capability, and financial acumen.
• Experience developing account strategies, opportunities, business cases, and executive presentations.
• Ability to articulate value across hardware, software, services, and recurring revenue.
• Strong pipeline-management and forecasting discipline.
• Willingness to travel extensively across North America.

Responsabilités

• Increase penetration of Light & Wonder Systems products and solutions.
• Create demand for integrated hardware, software, services, and recurring-revenue offerings.

• Represent the voice of the market to Product Management and other internal partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customer solutions.
