Job summary

Dave & Buster's in Springfield, VA is seeking a Gaming Support Tech to maintain and repair arcade games, simulators and related equipment while delivering high-energy guest experiences.

You will greet guests, assist with questions, load tickets, and help keep the Midway clean and well-stocked. Flexible schedules require day, night and weekend availability, with opportunities to work across various games and rooms.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends.
• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.
• Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and Team Members.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain games, simulators, and other tech equipment.
• Greet Guests with a positive attitude and assist with requests.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games.
• Keep game areas clean and organized.
• Communicate issues to Managers and escalate as needed.
• Work days, nights, and weekends as required.
