Job summary

Dave & Buster's is looking for Gaming Support Techs or Midway Techs to repair and maintain our games, simulators and equipment. You will also assist Guests and keep the midway area in top condition, delivering a fun, safe environment.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repair tasks and keeping ticket areas stocked while providing excellent guest service across shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must clearly communicate with Guests and Team Members.
• Friendly and able to smile while working days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience with food, drinks and games.
• Greet Guests warmly and manage multiple job functions with enthusiasm.
• Repair and maintain amusements equipment in a timely manner.
• Assist Guests by answering questions and making recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Midway area.
