Dave & Buster's in California is hiring Gaming Support Techs or Midway Techs to repair and maintain our games, simulators and equipment while assisting Guests and maintaining ideal midway conditions. You will deliver an unparalleled Guest experience with fast, friendly service in a busy environment.

Responsibilities include timely maintenance, ticket loading, assisting Guests with requests, and keeping game areas clean and well-stocked. Availability for days, nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred but not required.
• Must clearly communicate with Guests and Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain amusements equipment in a timely manner.
• Assist Guests and maintain ideal player conditions in the midway.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games and secure storage areas.
• Provide timely and accurate service while managing wait times.
• Greet Guests with a positive attitude and help with requests.
