Job summary

Dave & Buster's is hiring for a Gaming Support Tech / Midway Tech to repair and maintain games, simulators and equipment while providing excellent Guest service. You’ll assist Guests, help keep the midway area in top condition, and participate in daily maintenance tasks with a friendly team.

Must be 18+, willing to work various shifts including weekends, and capable of communicating clearly with Guests and Team Members.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Friendly, positive attitude with good communication.
• Willingness to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain midway games and equipment.
• Assist Guests and maintain optimal game conditions.
• Stock and secure merchandise and ensure clean, organized areas.
• Provide fast, accurate service and manage wait times.
