Job summary

Dave & Buster's is hiring Gaming Support Techs or Midway Techs to repair and maintain our games, simulators and technical equipment while assisting Guests and keeping the midway in top condition.

You will greet Guests with a positive attitude, provide timely service, stock merchandise, and conduct routine game maintenance as directed by management. The role requires flexibility to work days, nights and weekends, with a fun, fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends as required.
• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.
• Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team Members.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain amusements equipment and games in a timely manner.
• Greet Guests with a positive attitude and assist with requests as needed.
• Provide guest information and answer questions to enhance the guest experience.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games, ensuring secure storage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Midway and tech room as directed by management.
• Assist other Team Members and uphold a cooperative working environment.
