Job summary

Dave & Buster's Inc. is hiring a Gaming Support Tech to repair and maintain our midway games, simulators, and equipment while providing friendly guest service in a fast-paced environment.

You will greet Guests, assist with questions, perform daily maintenance, and help restock or secure merchandise and game areas. Flexibility for days, nights, and weekends is valued, with safety and teamwork emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends.
• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.
• Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain amusements equipment in a timely manner.
• Assist Guests by repairing and maintaining games and equipment.
• Greet Guests with a positive attitude and provide friendly service.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games and secure storage areas.
• Conduct merchandise inventory and assist in store maintenance as directed.
