Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is hiring a Gaming Support Techs or Midway Techs to repair and maintain our games, simulators, and equipment while assisting Guests and keeping the midway in top condition. You will help ensure a fun, safe environment and quick, friendly service.

Responsibilities include repairing attractions, stocking merchandise, and keeping areas clean and organized. Flexibility with days, nights, and weekends is required, with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and able to smile a lot.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.
• Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain amusements equipment in a timely manner.
• Assist Guests by repairing and maintaining games and equipment.
• Load and refills tickets in redemption games, ensuring secure ticket storage.
• Assist in daily maintenance and organization of tech room and storage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Midway area and displays.
