Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is hiring Gaming Support Techs or Midway Techs to repair and maintain our games, simulators and technical equipment while helping Guests and ensuring midway areas are clean, safe and inviting. The role supports guest enjoyment across a busy entertainment venue.

You will work flexible shifts, including days, nights and weekends, greet Guests with enthusiasm, stock and manage game areas, assist other Team Members, and notify management of issues.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Friendly and able to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain amusements equipment in a timely manner.
• Assist guests by answering questions and providing information.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games and secure storage areas.
• Keep midway clean, organized and well-stocked.
• Greet guests with enthusiasm and support guest experience.
• Work with daily, weekly, and quarterly maintenance tasks as directed.
