Job summary

Dave & Buster's is seeking Gaming Support Techs or Midway Techs to repair and maintain our games, simulators and technical equipment while delivering excellent guest service in a busy arcade environment.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, loading tickets, performing regular maintenance, stocking merchandise, and keeping the Midway area clean and safe. You must be 18+, flexible to work days, nights, and weekends, with technical or electrical skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.
• Friendly, can-do attitude and strong guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain amusements equipment and games.
• Assist Guests with questions and provide information as needed.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games, ensure secure storage areas.
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly game maintenance as directed.
• Keep Midway and tech areas clean and organized and stock supplies as needed.
